Returns accepted within 14 days of receiving your goods on unworn, unwashed, in its original packaging. Shoes should be returned in their original, undamaged shoe box as this is considered part of the product. If the item(s) is not returned in this condition a refund may be denied.
- Products that are personalised, made to measure or custom made are non-refundable.
- Gift Vouchers are non-refundable
- Perfumes, socks, tights, hair clips, hair ties, swimwear and underwear could only be refunded if all packaging is intact. Hygiene strips for swimwear and underwear should not be removed from the item.
If you receive delivery of an item that is not the item, size or colour you ordered, the order is otherwise defective, you may return the merchandise, in new condition, within 14 days of receiving your goods for a full refund including all shipping costs. If the defect is a manufacturer's fault, you have 14 days to return the item.
Refunds, Credit notes and items purchased with an Online Gift card will only be processed at Jacadi.co.uk and not in one of our UK Boutiques.
Credit/Debit card refunds take 3-5 working days to be credited back to your account once the refund has been issued.
Sale Merchandise/ Final Markdown: You have 14 days to return the item(s) from the date of receiving your item(s) for a full refund, exchange or credit note.
Orders that are cancelled before they are dispatched are entitled to a full refund including all shipping costs, once dispatched you have the right to return your items for a full refund minus originally shipping cost.
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer a size, colour, or style exchange. You will need to contact firstname.lastname@example.org we will then issue a Credit Note for the original item and you then can use that as payment. Delivery will be charged, but will be refunded back to you once the item has been dispatched.
Items bought at Jacadi.co.uk can be Exchanged (For the price originally paid) in one of our UK stores or online within 14 days of receiving your goods with the delivery note only on unworn, unwashed, in its original packaging merchandise. Items without a delivery note will be refused an Exchanged in store.
Return of Stock.
If you decide to return your item(s) for and/or Exchange, Refund or Credit Note you may do so within 14 days of receiving your parcel, in one of the following ways:
- Exchange only in one of our UK stores free of charge.
- For a Refund, Credit Note and/or Exchange please send the item(s) back to the contact address below, with the Return’s Card supplied. (if you do not have this please contact us via email, email@example.com and in the subject line type Please Email a Return’s Card.)
Cost of returning goods is covered by you the customer. When the item(s) have reached our Returns centre, this is when the refund will be processed unless the item is in a non-resalable condition. Returns of monies paid will be returned to the account to which payment was made within 14 days of receipt of goods and can take up to 3-5 working days to debit.
