On a flat surface, without shoes, take measurements from the foot soles to the top of the head.

To measure the waist size. Start at the top of your hip bone, then bring the tape measure all the way around your body, level with your belly button.

To measure the hips size. Circle the tape measure around the widest part of the hips, crossing behind the back.
