Delivery information

  • UPS delivery: The delivery of your order will take 2 to 5 days.
    We will try to deliver merchandise to you as soon as reasonably possible but we have to face customs control now that can hold the merchandise as they wish.
    - £12,90 per order
    - Free for orders over £100

    Unfortunately, we are currently not able to deliver to Guernsey, Jersey, Gibraltar and Isle of Man.

    Jacadi does not deliver to business addresses, logistics platforms, post office boxes, hotels and university campuses. Orders addressed to any of these destinations will not be processed.
  • You can cancel an order which has been placed:
    - Until 1 hour after your order has been placed
    - Before 11 pm if your order has been placed after 10 pm

    This option will be located in your account under "My Orders" select the order and hit cancel. If you are past the hour but within business hours of the day the order was placed you can contact customer service to see if the order can be cancelled. If you want to modify your order in anyway (size, quantity, address, etc.) you will have to cancell it and place it again.
  • We hope you love what you ordered on Jacadi.co.uk but we know it might not always be the case. So if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer exchange or return within 30 days from the delivery date.

    RETURN ITEMS BY MAIL

    1. Make sure the items you are returning are unworn, unwashed, in their original packaging and with their original tags attached. Shoes must be returned in their original and undamaged shoe box. Final sale items** cannot be returned or exchanged.

    2. Complete your Jacadi return packing slip indicating the items you wish to return and the reason for returning them. Once completed, including the return slip with the items you are returning.

    3. Receive, print your return label and attach it to your return package.

    4. Drop your return package off to any Royal Mail Point locations.
    Upon receiving your package, all returned items are subject to a quality assurance inspection process. Once approved, we will refund you for the products returned using the prices stated on your invoice. You will receive an email indicating the return has been processed and your refund will be applied to the original form of payment used for your order. Please allow some working days for it to reflect on your statement.
