Yes, whether you join online or in-store, your program will work equally well on the website and in-store. Each purchase earns you Jacadi club Points at a rate of 1 point for every £1 spent. When you have reached 200 points, a £10 loyalty voucher will be sent to you via email or SMS. You can also find it directly on the website. This loyalty voucher is valid for 3 months. It can be used in a single transaction (not divisible) on both the Jacadi website and in Jacadi stores in the UK. This voucher is neither exchangeable nor refundable.

Membership in the Jacadi club program is valid for one year. 45 days before its expiration date, you will be notified via the website and email. The annual membership fee is five pounds. Membership is not renewed automatically.

Upon renewal, you continue to enjoy all your benefits. The balance of points already accumulated is retained for a limited period of 3 years from the expiration date of your Jacadi club membership. After this period, the accumulated points balance will be deleted if your membership has expired. If you renew your membership before the initial expiration date, your membership will be extended by the same number of days. Therefore, it will be valid for one year from the expiration date of your current membership.

You cannot purchase any "virtual" products with your Jacadi club vouchers. Therefore, you cannot renew your membership or purchase e-gift cards, or make a donation on a baby registry.

Your points are credited 24 hours after your in-store purchase and approximately 72 hours after your online purchase on our website (the day after your order is dispatched). You can find your jacadi club points balance in your online customer account and in a summary of your balance in our newsletters.
