With all the security measures in place in our warehouse to ensure quality and safe service, we will be able to process orders as usual.
How long will it take for me to get my package?Please note that due to the latest government announcements, deliveries might be slightly delayed.
- International Colissimo delivery: free for purchases of £50 or more (£2.80 for an order of less than £50). Your order will be delivered to you within 5 to 7 days.
- Express 24h delivery at home if the order is placed from Monday to Thursday before 10:30 am (excluding Bank Holidays)
I made a purchase online and I would like to return or exchange it, how should I proceed?Return and exchange of an article bought online
Please note that due to new Brexit regulations returns are temporarily suspended. They will exceptionally be extended to the end of February. We will inform you of the new return procedure as soon as possible, please keep your products for the time being.
You can return within 30 days starting as of your shipping date indicated on the front of the slip. Items must be unworn, unwashed, in its original packaging.
The delivery fees you may have paid will only be fully refunded if you send back the whole order.
Furthermore, Jacadi is not bound to refund additional fees if the customer has deliberately chosen a more expensive delivery method than the standard delivery offered by Jacadi.

-We offer free UK returns. To receive your return label, please contact our Customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org. You may notify your order number and the article you wish to send back.
-Please place the return label on your package and take it to the Royal Mail office.

Can I cancel my order?You have one hour after your order is placed to cancel, and till 11pm if your order has been placed after 10 pm. This option will be located in your account under "My Orders" select the order and hit cancel. You cannot modify your order in any way, size, quantity, address, etc.
