  • Yes, our online store remains open.
    With all the security measures in place in our warehouse to ensure quality and safe service, we will be able to process orders as usual.

  • Please note that due to the latest government announcements, deliveries might be slightly delayed.

    - UPS delivery: free for purchases of £100 or more (£12.90 for an order of less than £100). Your order will be delivered to you within 5 to 7 days.

  • Return and exchange of an article bought online

    You can return within 30 days starting as of your shipping date indicated on the front of the slip. Items must be unworn, unwashed, in its original packaging.
    The delivery fees you may have paid will only be fully refunded if you send back the whole order.
    Furthermore, Jacadi is not bound to refund additional fees if the customer has deliberately chosen a more expensive delivery method than the standard delivery offered by Jacadi.

    -You may include the return slip which will be provided with your packing slip or print it here
    -We offer free UK returns. To receive your return label, please contact our Customer service at customer.service@jacadi.co.uk. You may notify your order number and the article you wish to send back.
    -Please place the return label on your package and take it to the Royal Mail office.

  • We have implemented all the sanitary measures to secure the work of our employees, in details this means:

    Providing to everyone masks and hydro-alcoholic solution
    - Restricted teams on site
    - Workstation spacing
    - Systematic disinfection of tools and doors to avoid contact with the handles
    - Organization of staggered break times

  • You have one hour after your order is placed to cancel, and till 11pm if your order has been placed after 10 pm. This option will be located in your account under "My Orders" select the order and hit cancel. You cannot modify your order in any way, size, quantity, address, etc.
